To go on a Ddraig Wern trip you or your parent/guardian must:

 

(Once a season or if details change)

- have completed and handed in ‘Section A’ of the medical & consent form

- have read, signed and handed in your ‘Code of Conduct’

CHECK YOU HAVE COMPLETED SECTION A FOR THIS SEASON HERE.

 

(For every trip)

- completed and handed in/brought with you ‘Section B’ of the medical & consent form

- have a valid BFA license (usually full membership unless it is a welsh closed event)

- ENTER THE COMPETITION (unless explicitly told otherwise, this is not done by us, links to forms usually below)

 

(If being picked up by someone else)

- have completed the ‘consent form for collection after a trip by an individual other than parent’ form and brought it with you, or have a written note from your parents.

 

- be prepared to pay the estimated cost of the trip a week before the trip (by cheque) or in cash on the day. Refunds for cancellations will not be possible unless an acceptable replacement is found for the place by the person cancelling.
