Ddraig Wern Fencing and the 5/60 program in Carmarthen |
|
In 2007 Ddraig Wern Fencing went State. State schools that is. Meg and Phil have always believed that fencing should be for all - one of the reasons why they lend out breeches and electric kit to club fencers! So when they were contacted by Lyn Broderick and Aled Parry, working for Dragonsport and Carmarthenshire County Council, they jumped at the opportunity to get fencing into state schools. |

One year on and hundreds of school children who attend the Carmarthenshire schools of Pantycelyn, Amman Valley, Tre-gyb and Maes-yr-yfra have had the opportunity to sample fencing and enjoyed it. |

in touch with someone in your area who can. All of our |

coaches have their own kit and are well qualifiedd . |

In addition to their coaching qualifications Phil and Meg |

are also fully qualified teachers, first-aiders and CRB |
|
checked. |

Our off peak rate is £25 and our peak rate (after 3pm) |
|
is £30 per hour* All kit is provided by us and all we |
|
need from you is a time and a place! |
